Hey guys,
We have recently been talking about working-life-balance.
Now I want to give you some information about my workling-life-balance.
First of all the most important for a healthy livestyle is sports. I try to do sports every day but it doesn't work everytime. You also have to eat healthy food. That means: a lot of fruits and vegetables a day!
My motivation is: an apple a day keeps the doctor away. It's also important to relax. I relax after school everytime 'cause it gives me new energy.
